Important Reminder Before Generating Certificates. Before generating certificates from the system, we kindly request that all schools submit a scanned copy of School Form 5 (SF5) to the ICT Unit via [this link]. Additionally, please coordinate by sending a follow-up message to the DepEd Antique ICT Facebook account to confirm receipt. The submitted SF5 must be duly signed by both the School Head and the designated Validator, as this document will serve as the primary basis for verifying and approving the official list of completers and graduates. In cases where the Learner Information System (LIS) is not yet available, schools may submit a complete list of completers as an alternative. Thank you for your cooperation and continued support.
